Over the past twenty years we have worked with many amazing leaders who just needed someone with expertise in conflict and conflict management to: assess the situation; coach them through; help them understand the conflict dynamics at a deeper level; assist with the facilitation of a process; and/or simply to provide the pros and cons of the various process options available.
In an effort to provide mentorship opportunities to the next generation of mediators, we started a group in January of 2016 which became known as the MMM Group – ‘Mediators Mentoring Mediators’. Those involved have enjoyed the experience of belonging and being supported by each other, in addition to being mentored by several very experienced mediators.
