Workplace Conflict Assessments

Workplace assessments are useful when conflicts are affecting an entire team or work unit. We conduct interviews with everyone involved, and then provide an analysis to help our clients understand the dynamics at play, the various options available to address any identified challenges, as well as options for resolving any disputes that may exist.

Mediation

Every member of our mediation team is well trained, competent, reliable, and easy to work with. They will assess the interpersonal dynamic between the parties, help parties clearly identify what issues they want to resolve; and the needs that they hope to have met in any agreement reached. The parties in conflict will be well prepared prior to meeting with each. Our mediators are selected on their ability to create a safe environment for difficult conversations, engage in a professional and caring way, and the ability to hold the parties capable of arriving at the decisions that will work for them.

Facilitation

We provide the expertise to facilitate difficult discussions amongst large groups. We have many years’ experience facilitating everything from small group sessions to large Town Hall Meetings.

Workplace Restoration

Based in the Principals of Restorative Justice, Restorative Practise encompasses all the processes that help heal and restore people, teams, or departments after a particularly difficult conflict or formal investigation.

Issues Resolution Systems Design

Having an informal conflict management and dispute resolution system in place can save time, money and working relationship. If the only option available for employees, is to file a complaint through a formal system, the risk is that working relationships will be damaged, trust will be threatened, people with less knowledge than the parties will be involved in making suggestions to ‘fix it’. Our team members will help determine the most efficient, user-friendly, resolution system for your organization.

Investigation

We have investigators who specialize in responding to complaints of harassment and bullying in the workplace. Our investigators determine whether or not the complaint can be substantiated or not.
